Trained and graduated in 1993 from the institute of healing sciences in Colleyville, and in 2001 from the Myopractic® Institute in Houston with focus in postural realignment. Extensive certification hours in Sports Massage, Reflexology, Myofacial release, trigger point release, and deep tissue massage. Extensive training includes massage techniques, anatomy and physiology, a knowledge of when and when not to massage, aromatherapy with therapeutic grade Young Living Essential Oils, and AlphaSonic sound wave therapy.
